Since 1984, Kurichiyil Charitable Trust has been working in the areas of rehabilitation of children from vulnerable communities. India has over 3 million children are living in streets and many of them working as bonded labourers.If they get proper education ? Kurichiyil Charitable Trust exists to provide these children with hope. We create opportunities for orphans and at-risk children to get proper education, feel safe, loved, and secure so they can thrive and live exceptional lives. Our vision is to provide a refuge to the orphaned, abandoned, unprivileged children. We work to provide holistic care and a support system by guiding, educating, and giving them love and care that they deserve. We act as a transition for the children to lead a life with complete social dignity and make them capable of helping the society in return. We aim at restoring the bright future and create a sustainable livelihood for the underprivileged children.. We care children who are usually removed from a difficult situation by a family member or the legal system. Kurichiyil charitable trust acts as a catalyst by providing them a safe, protective environment where more than their basic needs such as food, clothing, shelter and education are met. The children of our trust are from broken homes, with or without single parents who are financially destitute, or have weak or non-existent relationships with parents or step parents.However some parents are irresponsible in caring for their children. Some parents beat them, sexually abuse them, or throw them out of the family into the streets to fend for themselves, resulting in the child feeling that he or she is better off by his or her self, even living on the streets. Each and every child deserves security, guidance, education and protection, and it is kurichiyil trusrt policy to provide them with all.

The aim of the Kurichiyil trust is to help children become responsible citizens of their community, hold fulfilling jobs, and care for others in suffering. We also provide scholarships for children. It is our policy to provide each child at the Kurichiyil trust with quality education and a chance to excel, because we believe it can break the cycle of poverty in these children lives. . Our fundamental belief is to offer each child the best opportunity to continue their lives into a profession and career they aspire to, and our children are aiming high, we have provided Sports training, arts and crafts sessions and summer school camps during

Together, we can make an enormous difference to the lives of these children who, without our care & support will continue in the poverty cycle. These children will be the future leaders within their communities and hopefully beyond into the broader horizons of India. They will always take with them the comfort of our love and the appreciation of the opportunities; they have been given to enhance their lives both now and in the future.
